just been for a morning dash with the watering can (pots have got dry with this nice weather, and I wasn't here to sort them out at the weekend). Almost overnight my big hostas have gone from green to a vivid yellow orange . I think autumn is really creeping up on us
have a good day everyone - especially pdoc ((hugs))
Good morning all Beautiful here this morning, the huge moon floating in a totally pink sky - fading now but amazing for a few minutes.
Pdoc, sorry to hear about NDNs - horrid situation - as Chicky says, 'out-nice them', while sticking to your guns of course - it's sooooooo annoying trying to be horrid to people who are smiling at you
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Morning all. Lovely day again here. Could have had a nice pic of the sky last night but too busy cutting grass and making dinner
Chilly here yesterday Lesley - 4 degrees when I left for work. The sun made it pleasant later - but I only caught a bit at lunchtime.
DD- hope 'the boy' is settling in well in his new home. Makes it easier for you all to come to terms with.
Neighbours make or break it don't they? The one at the back of me was removing the elevated play house thing which is an eyesore and a magnet for every child in the area who run across the garage roofs from it - so 'hurrah', but he was out measuring later so who knows what he's conjuring up now Hopefully a ten foot fence right round the back garden
Hugs to all the poorly mums - hope they 're a little bit better today.
Have a good day everyone
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

It looks quite nice out but I've a feeling it's rather chilly. Thick socks for the walk today.
