Morning all. Welcome back, Dove, glad you had a lovely holiday. We went to Norfolk for a week after Sicily, wondered about ringing you, then thought "of course, she's in Cornwall".
So glad you've found a new home for Shadow, DD. Is it in France?
Lovely wedding yesterday and the weather was lovely too. It was in the grounds and converted barn of a chateau. There was barn dancing, which I love, but the dancing started rather late so we couldn't stay for it all, had a couple of dances though.
Busy day today, Harvest Festival, friend's 60th birthday lunch then OH is singing in a concert.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Good morning all! Gloriously bright and sunny and a little bit nippy here.A cat has adopted me and I don't know what to do. She luuuuurvs me so I stroke her and give her brekkie/lunch/dinner/snacks/ She doesn't love me at all does she!!!Anyhoo she's outside the sunroom right now giving me a good lookin at!!!
Have a great day everybody whatever you're at.
Verdun, I referenced you on a new thread about planting in ponds. Just sayin in case you want your royalties!!!
No time to read back & see what you've been up to since last night but hope you all have a good Sunday.
Just setting off for a nice bike ride starting & ending at Sutton Hoo.
PS - Sorry abt the Rugby - England were winning until I turned it on for the last 20 mins . Exciting last few minutes & (like Panda) I couldn't be too upset about Wales winning - they were fighters!!
SYL
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Ha! Go Wales! They deserved it with the run of luck they've had. So many injuries, they asked me to play and I'm not even Welsh! Fitness will out but until then "iechyd da"
Morning I think we can safely say I slept better, and made up for the lack of sleep the night before The ibuprofen is working wonders along with the rest. More rest on the cards for me today. Am being safe rather than sorry
Glad you had a lovely holiday Dove Sorry to hear you have a niggle too. Niggles are a pain!
