If it's not been mentioned before, Dove an OH have arrives safely in Devon.
hosta, not even a dollop of jam on the porrage
the least I can do is give you a helping hand in the garden, after you are going to house my cannas overwinter and sow the Ricinus and the Aconitum, what a dear he is.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
Love that description of porridge, it is just like wallpaper paste. We had it when we were little because, as you said Verdun, its cheap. Not very fond of cheap anything. Anyway a slice of wholemeal toast isn't expensive and boy does it taste better.
Just back from hospital, mum is much better. She's moaning so I know she is on the mend. Had the xray on my knee, two weeks before results get back to GP.
Runny after what happened to us earlier in the week I wasn't going to announce on an open forum that we are going away. Pleased to say my younger sis is having work done at hers so we have a house & garden sitter
Yvie it's a good sign when the elderly and the ill grumble and complain. Hugs x

Now what would be the point in that dear?
I can't believe people are miscalling one of our greatest exports...the stuff of champions
Eaten almost every day in the fairy household with some blueberrries (frozen are best) and a nice green banana
If it tastes like wallpaper paste - you're not making it right
RB - I've seen more fields of OR than I care to remember - just can't remember seeing them at his time of year
We all wear those 'see you Jimmy' hats up here....
Probably our worst export!
Have a good hol KEF

Glad you're getting some better news now re your mum Yvie
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
