Morning all, Just back from another trip the hospital.  Consultant pleased with Hubby's eye he doesn't have to go back for two weeks, just eye drops and take it easy.

Second trip to hospital planned for this evening to visit mum, hope I see an improvement.

It's grey here and quite chilly but I'm planning to have an hour or so in the garden, to blow the cobwebs away.

Someone gave us a tip off about some second hand border supports from Harrods, can't remember who, but thanks.  I've ordered some.  Was it Fairy?

Once again, thanks for all your good wishes.

Hope the back improves Pdoc, try not to get too down.

Hope Flatters feels better soon Wonky.

    Hugs to all poorly peeps.

  • Afternoon all!

So pleased you've good news re OH, Yvie.  Hope your eye is responding to the antibiotics too, and that your mum enjoys your visit.  image

Wow, DD - you stopped rushing around, long enough to eat a pain au raisin?  image  You deserve to put your feet up for a bit.  Hope the cake's good this afternoon!  image

Wonky, best of luck wrestling Flatters.  One of my cats had to be totally swaddled in an old towel (looking a bit like an Egyptian mummy!) before I could get pills down her throat.

Dove, do you let your hardy cyclamen seed themselves, or harvest the seed and sow it in pots?  Seedlings always seem to emerge in undesirable places here, like the middle of a shrub.  I tried sowing some as soon as they were ripe this year, but nothing's emerged yet.

The cloud's lifted a bit, and there's the odd patch of blue sky...  image  I'm off out to do some weeding.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

home, the old knee didn't allow too long a visit.

Why don't we go together in a few weeks ( maybe when things have set seed image)? You drive to me and I'll drive the rest?
