    Morning other early rises!

My day yesterday was a test of some type I'm sure! Sooooo tired now even tho early night! Another busy day today, and then cousins wedding dress final fitting immediately after work! Going to have to teach a load of girlie bridesmaids how to lace up a gown.....should be fun image

Glad you had a good day yesterday Dove image

Have a great day all! image

  • Morning all.

Liri i have dodgy knees and used to suffer terribly. I now walk about 2 miles every day except weekends when i stretch it out a bit. The difference has been huge, still have trouble kneeling but walking and getting about is much better never need any pain killers now.

Dove a visit to kew sounds great might be a bit of a logistical challange to get to London. Never been to the big smoke so maybe time to change that.

Yvie hope you have a better day today ((hugs)) to you.

Pat good afternoon to you and your OH.

Hope everybody has a fan dabby dozy day.

Always fancied going to Kew , will get there one year , London from rural Lincolnshire is not a good journey , we do go with a local Theatre group by coach every so often to London , yes you have guessed it , to the Threatreimage

I am doing paper work today. image

Have a good day everybody , may all your aches and pains disappear image

  • Thanks Bushman, I'll pass your "knee news" on to OH to keep him going...  image

  • Morning all.

Sun trying to push its way through the clouds.

Hope all poorly peeps are feeling better day by day. Sending hugs to you all.

Wow Dove, no wonder you left so early.  You were lucky to get home as early as you did, nice taxi driver too. I'm not keen on using the underground any more, didn't worry me years ago but now far too crowded even travelling up there with OH. Love London though, so much to see and do.  But as you say can be very expensive.

Where abouts do you live Bushman?

Have a lovely day everyone, take care.

    Morning all.

Never mind Autumn weather, more like Winter here.

Decided I need a gentle walk, to hopefully ease the back a bit. Time I started practising what I used to preach.

Hope there is better news today for all those suffering.

How can you lie there and think of England

Kew sounds good. Its not bad from where I live. Straight down the M1, then round the ring road. If himself comes and drives, there is room for a couple of the yorkshire contingent in the back. I've often seen it in Spring, its at least two weeks earlier there than in the Midlands. The magnolias are magnificent.  I suspect the autumn colours could be good.

Today I'm off to the viking museum.
