Morning all. lily - we've got summer - we thought it was about time we had some of it! image

Hosta - Greenock eh? No wonder you moved to England....but it's ok - we'll let you back in if you ask nicely image

Panda. Thinking of you. It's tough isn't it?

I haven't caught up with all your activities as I've actually been doing some gardening. Lots of little bits and pieces and tidying outside where the car goes. It had it's MOT yesterday and new tyres - so that's me £400 lighter image

I've managed to miss the best of the weather for walking but I think tomorrow will suit for no 100. There's a remote one at Blair Atholl so that's where I'm going. I picked a good week for being off work.

Now I'm going to have my porridge and  see what's what. Hope everyone has a good day  image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Morning

All this talk of Scotland is making me homesick for somewhere I've never lived but where I have always felt more at home than anywhere else in the world. Just love the west coast - anywhere between Oban & Ullapool - would move tomorrow if it wasn't for the summer midges.

Keep up the Pilates Lily P - excellent for strengthening the body from within and the yoga should reinforce the benefits - double bubble.

Good luck with the pooters Steve ....

Dove , was it Millport ( the place where the chip shop shuts between 5 and 6 so the staff can have theirs ) you cycled round?

That's the place Hosta!  It was a lovely day!  I do seem to remember chips ...

like so many rural places Millport has lost its gp. Locum service only. So sad.

anyone know any medics looking for healthy rural living, stunning spots available!

Similar but different - pilates doesn't involve the held positions that yoga does, and sometimes also uses equipment. image  It was invented by someone but can't remember who ...
