Ah, the dreaded physio! I used to be one! Massage your kneecap?  I presume it was frictions on a tendon.

After some gentle retail therapy, including dried mealworms for the birds, we spent the afternoon in our back garden, with a cheeky red, watching baby starlings feeding their faces!

I'll save one of the pots for you, panda. Dont give up hope yet, the roscoea are always the last thing to emerge from hibernation.

Its about time we organised another garden visiting trip.

Astrantia hadspen blood that nut gave me last year has nice deep red flowers. I'm going to put it next to some harebells in the wild patch. I sheared down the Lotus corniculata. I hope it gives the right effect.

Good morning Verdun image - no drizzle here ...... overcast, but the sun's trying to peep through  -  must do some food shopping before we get into the garden, otherwise we'll starve image

Can I just say how excited I am today? It's going to be warm and sunny and I have loads of seedlings to prick out! Sat in the sun, cuppa at my side filling little pots with nicotiana, coreopsis, sunflower, rudbeckia and stocks seedlings. Can't wait to get out of bed!
