I think sisters are a bit strange too, doesn't matter what or how much I do for mine it never seems enough. She's a lot older than me and sometimes I think she still thinks I'm 5
Mrs G, I do hope you and your family are ok after that trauma, so awful because it's so close to home where you want to always feel safe and secure.
Don't get me started on sisters, mine isn't speaking to me because I moved to France - I think. I did offer her a lifetime of free holidays too.
OH and I have had a bit of an argument - he won too which is even more annoying. Wanted to swap 2 beds around to different rooms, he agreed I think it was his idea actually. Stripped them both, dismantled them, moved them and then he decided they didn't look right so wanted to put them back. I thought they looked fine, we have low beams and awkward spots in the rooms, character I call it, he says not so all back where we started, invaded my gardening time too.
Back to it now, will calm me down anyway.

Afternoon all, Sunny day here, haven't managed to get any time in the garden yet apart from opening the GH this morning.
Had to fetch a few ingreadients for grandaughters cake, hubby bought wholemeal flour for a sponge, its not as if I didn't give him the correct instructions.
Popped to see mum and have done her washing and made the cake, have partly decorated it just need to put on the finishing touches, wont be anything spectacular as had to make do with the local shops for the decorations.
Firstborn and secondborn are popping in later for a quick hello and then I will have a nice peaceful evening when they have all gone home before Nanna duties tomorrow.
Off for a quick walk round the garden to see if there are any new suprises for me. (apart from the weeds that is).
At least it didn't intrude on my garden time unlike DD!
Had an hour at theNGS garden. Huge half acre. Nicely laid out. Planting and design not really to my taste but impressive even so. Woe definitely visit again in summer ( but it's only open for one day - today).
Having a lovely time at the APs Ma has let me dig up some of her forget me nots as I do love them and she has them growing in abundance Keep looking at the tomato plants I will have to look after for them and am feeling anxious!
Left son at MILs while I went garden visiting, quick peek at her garden to discover some little beautices she was hiding. will put on a new tulip thread.
Oh Yviestevie, I despair of OH and even if I write a list nothing like it comes back! I once sent him for Lavender soft rinse, he came back with purple toilet rolls! And he got canderel when I'd written cordial.

It's been a weekend for you MrsG!
Congrats to sister
They're all a bit strange (sisters)
What an awful thing to happen Mrs. G. I hope your OH is OK.
My sister didn't tell me she was married either with her first OH. But I was invited to the wedding with the 2nd one.
MrsG I'm so sorry to hear of the awful assault on your OH. Hope he's not too sore and hope your son isn't too badly affected.
As for your sister, well, you can choose your friends
.
