Well done Panda, it's looking good.  It's always better to wait till you feel calmimage.

Lots of people busy gardening todayimage.  Lovely day here so I've made the most of it and am learning how to get up and walk againimage.  Went to GC and bought pruning saw, bags of FYM (KEF's fault for mentioning it this morning) and a white clematisimage. After all your help and my research I went for Lizzie's Marie Boisselot.

Will have to read back as I've missed so much today.

    Dove

Just want to say that I hope Pa's funeral goes as well as it can in the morning and that his service in the afternoon is a celebratory event.

I have had a word with the weatherman and the morning will spring like the first morning and the blackbirds will sing like the first song image Hugs to you and yours  x

  • Bought what I thought were two trimmed Lupins from Morrison's for three pounds. Should have known better. Wasn't trimmed, they were seedlings potted into massive pots, lol. Still, if one of them survives, ill be happy.

The new cover for the growtunnel arrived from Gardman, so we've been putting that on.  I think Hayloft have forgotten about my replacement plants for last years rubbish.  Another email I think.image

Mum has a  greenhouse  full of tomato plants for sale. The local  paper cocked up the advert, so if anyone in the mansfield area is looking for tomato plants, pm me and I'll send the address.

Mrs Mallard has  taken up residence on what passes for a pond. The drake appears to be missing. Stuff is growing really fast. Busy busybusy.

I hope tomorrow goes Ok, Dove.

    evening all.

Another busy day. Waitrose have decided they'd love me to learn the whole fresh bread malarky. They said they'd like me to go in at 6.30 next Thursday, to which I replied, " you do , of course, mean PM?" Apparently there's another 6.30!

Came home and had to water the tunnels. Mehinks nightly from now on.

Visit to Physio went well. Knee is well on the way to recovery.

Enjoy the rest of Thursday everyone.

    Devon.
