I am sorry if this upsets anyone but hey ho when did that ever stop me. I dont think we have nearly enough "forkers" threads. It is clear to me we should have a morning coffee time thread, a lunch time thread and an afternoon tea thread. If these are not enough we could always add some more later.

Please nice people lets just use one where everyone posts and no one feels somehow slighted and needs to have their own personal thread.

Although some of you will probably question wheter I am one, but surely we are adults. please dont ostrasise me for this.

How can you lie there and think of England

  • I won't either. We have 3 do you mean you want more than 3?  I'm not fussed how many we have, just a bit confused as a few wks ago most people  wanted one.

    Good day All

A lovely day here. Have already been out and made my leaf compost bin. It involved digging up a huge nettle, brambles, moving various types of metal - pipes, drains, lead - but feel well pleased with it. It is behind the GH so fairly sheltered.

I disturbed a toad who I think was lurking in the area of an old plastic bag of builders sand,(underneath) so left the bag

Astrantia Shaggy -I have some flowering but the Shaggy is already asleep!

I will keep to this thread, thank you

I've dug up a few weeds, potted up some Verbena bonariensis seedlings , shifted some Primula viallii to somewhere with a bit of dappled shade, planted  some bulbs (only a couple of hundred to go), and now I'm waiting for sausages to cook for a sarnie. This afternoon we are going to go for a walk in the sunshine by the river.

Staceys lurgey is spreading. I had a sore throat for a week and now its turned into a chesty cough. Benylin and sausage sarnies.... Yummy.

Fidget - I preferred the chocs you had the other night...don't like the sound of your new recipe..image

Daughter came home with the lurgy yesterday so she'd better not give it to me. She can go and stay at her Dad's!  image

Weather dry here so will get out after my lunch. There's wood to be attached and painted image

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    I'm really very smallimage

Having lunch then off to do stuff, bulbs I think - not many to go and divide a coulple of plants to add to the white border.

If there's time and back says OK then will weed annual bit of the fairy dell.

No lurgy here but I hope everyone is soon feeling chipperimage
