Just back from dog walk and trying to thaw out. Just an inch or so of snow at the moment but a blizzard has just started. Poor dog has snowballs stuck solid on her feet and legs. I can't pull them off so will just have to defrost her
Have a good trip today Dove And hope Ma and Pa are ok.
Morning all. Raining. Plug plant catalogue has arrived. OH said he would light the woodburner, hope he does it soon then I will sit in front of it and plan for summer.
Hope Liri and anyone else with colds are feeling better.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Morning all on a lovely sunny day it is reflecting off the roads paves and lawns as we had hail which froze and does not appear to be melting. Azure blue sky with pillows of soft white cloud though the weather front is directly over the coast, hope it goes east. The Hills look like a Walt Disney film rising in a misty glow with the sun behind them, "Somewhere over the rainbow comes to mind" ti's very cold.
Dove Kippers love them Whitby Kippers go down a treat. Good luck for any false tooth fitting make sure they go in the right way up and they can fit blinds if they are too white.
I had forgotten about radiators until a few mentioned them, used to be in every room when I was a kid now I don't think I could find a one in Toronto.Forced air heated with natural gas is the main heating system.the temperature is starting to climb outside, today its going up to minus 6c,by Saturday it will be 0 c.My Dear Wife Grace and I are going out for fish and chips today, last time we were out was last Friday.
