Thanks dove and fairy, I made it safely to work, just another shove to get me through the door now. Should be positive now as bad work stuff (people leaving) has mainly gone and if I allow myself to slip I can even imagine some good vibes through the doors! They may even get chocolates this year! ... In I go....
Like Clari, I must be the hibernating sort. I sleep longer and better in the winter, I prefer snuggling under the winter duvet, can't sleep under the light summer sheet. Don't like summer nights when it stays over 20° outside.
A friend is coming this morning to pick up things I bought her in England and to show me her new puppy.
Must mend the electric fence in the winter paddock where the strimming man cut it and need to bang in some fence posts. The horses have nearly finished their hay in the summer field shelter.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Morning all, gone very chilly here, was so lovely yesterday too, I was in short sleeves yesterday afternoon potterig around.Been out this morning and definitely feels like December.
Got myself some nice warm soup for lunch. Going out after to bring last of the geraniums in, think we will get a frost this week for sure.
New puppy sounds cute BL, keep toying with the idea of a dog, but talk myself in and out of the idea so no progress made.
Hope you all have a nice afternoon, I'm going on a hunt for a yoga mat - hoping it won't cost a fortune.
