    Good Day All

Dull and damp but not raining - definite chill though

Have been shopping and Waitrose were reducing all their plants as I walked past - nice Helenium 'Sunset' fell into trolley (as they doimage)

If it stays like this I will be outside this afternoon attempting to put in a couple of plants I have , Still unsur waht to do with tulip bulbs

Bought a stunning one I saw in an open garden last year called Cairo , now i'm trying to decide is it front or back, compnion plated (if so what) or just all crammed in a pot for impact - decisions, decisions!!

Hope all are well and not too cold as i haven't caught up with the goings on

Still wet and windy, it has been a miserable day here.

Got to think of something to cook for tea, and I have put the heating on, for the first time.

How can you lie there and think of England

What a day, Hubby's van still not fixed.  Used firstborn's car to drive home so we could take the van back in.  Firstborn's car broke down.  Something to do with disc brakes, even though they were only replaced 6 weeks ago they are sticking and smoke pours out on the drivers side.  All that combined with no sleep and getting another pummeling means I am absolutely shattered.  Oh got to sort out baby. Be back later.

Yvie, I feel for you...  being a nanna is not always a piece of cake!

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Hope you get some sleep tonight Yvie.

Spent the afternoon emptying pots of summer bedding and replanting with spring bedding. My Border Collie followed me about like Monty's Nigel.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
