Oh dear Ed! I love sailing, but I do get seasick - you have my sympathy. Hope the next adventure is calmer!
All those steps!!! I remember years ago hearing someone on the radio saying that people living around the Mediterranean don't get dodgy hips and knees in their old age because they keep active with lots of steps and no bungalows! I'm not convinced but hopefully Liri will prove me wrong. I think I'd rig up a pulley system for the shopping - or invest in a small donkey
It looks like Hefty and friends have been partying on the terrace - a bit of sweeping needs doing! Also lawns to mow, edges to edge and dead-heading to be done. Oh, and the garage to sweep and tidy now that the furniture has been delivered to daughter and son in law. But I'm not going to start without OH and he's had a heavy week so is still sound asleep .... I'd best have another coffee and see what's been going on around here.
At least the PMs are working - Daniel's been able to convince the tech team that it's the big advert that caused the problem.
Oh, and isn't it someone's birthday? Twenty-one gun salute required!!!
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I get seasick as well Dove, which is why I like skippering - I can decide to go somewhere smooth till I'm over it.
OH is about to whisk me off to a mystery location which she claims is (a) south of here (NW Belgium) (b) in France and (c) on the coast. I'm not sure that's all possible at the same time...... Anyway, I'll be back on Tuesday, apparently, so happy gardening and cake-eating till then
