Thanks for encouragement re path, folks! Propagation table & mini growhouse now replaced on slabs so it looks very tidy. For a bit...
Runnybeak, I'm afraid if you follow the path you get to the neighbour's veg garden...
Planted 2 trays of wildflower plugs into the bank behind the house. (Shhhh... it actually belongs to the council - but they never do anything with it, cos it's too steep.) 6 more trays to go! Hope the slugs don't gobble them all... if they don't, I'll post a photo next year when they flower.
Off to cuddle granddaughters tomorrow!
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Evening all, hope everyone is ok. I see lots of projects taking shape on the forum, well done to all. Busy this and next week so just be popping in to check up on you. Hope fb dad and Verds mum ok, and anyone else who needs bugs consider them given.
She is the ine that has to take me out Lesley! , any how she is going back on a zero hours wotsit, 2 days a week for a year, i think my step dad would be in mortal danger if she stopped work all together!
Dad is much better day, due to us forcing water down him and rehydrating him. His blood pressure is coming back up. I kinda lost it when the cardiac man turned up and said A&E, who told us he had hours to live, had made a mistake and he had not had a heart attack. As he has had no treatment for a heart attack, just 7 hours on a trolley which he fell off of when he wanted to go to the toilet, and a glucose drip in emergency admissions unit, and then transferred to the stroke ward, I want a few answers. No 1 . If they thought he had had a heart attack, why did he get no treatment? Why was he asked if he wanted a DNR.? Why was the rest of the family told he was dying and nature would take its course by the end of the day? Of course they wont talk to me about it because its confidential, but when I have a signed letter from dad to enable me to do just that, All Hell is going to break loose.
I can't believe how badly your Dad had been treated fidget. You really have to fight your corner. Hope you have lots of help - I'm too far away and all I can do is hold your hand.
