Dove...Dove...DOVE....get up....you've slept in...you'll be late for work!!!!!
Wasn't around last night. Glad you had a lovely day. You'll have lots of time now to enjoy all the other things you like doing.
When are you making us a cake...
Morning everyone. New shoots are normal on the Irises Stacey. The old cut leaves will die off (just like perennials) and the new ones come through.Tons of nice ones on my divided ones, so I'm looking forward to a nice display in summer.
Not a bad looking day here. Hope it stays that way. Have a lovely day everyone.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Cake? ............. maybe later ........ there's no rush is there? I need to go and stock up on flour and butter etc and get some eggs from the farm shop. Just scrambled a couple for brekkie

Wellcome to the ranks of the retired. I took a year before I looked at any type of volunteering by which time I was ready for it. Sadly I may have to look for paid employment soon, as by retiring early I didnt get the pension I would have hoped for.
OH are about to do are first big trip since my retirement [ she still works ] The plan then is to do 1 major trip each year until the money runs out.
A good day to all fellow forkers. It does not look promising outside but am hoping to do a few hours in garden.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Hi, Folks....is it just me, or does the 'camera corner' thread seem to have come to a halt? i.e. there is no reply box after the last message, hence I can't add to it.
Btw, this only applies to that thread, all the others are fine...hence I can post here.
Hi punkdoc I'm going to do one major adventure - a trip to the Ural Mountains in Central Russia with my son and daughter in law to meet her extended family - my OH doesn't retire for years and years yet, so our treats will be London gallery and foodie trips, and country cottage type holidays I'm just going to enjoy doing all the stuff I've been too busy to do, getting back into painting and writing and walking etc.
Where's your first Big Trip going to take you?

There's a reply box when I look at the last posting - maybe leave the Board and come back in again (equivalent of turning it off and on again
)
