Typical isn't it,the first decent weekend (all weekend) for ages, well since by GH got delivered, and we have plans all weekend. The only time free really is Saturday morning, if I get up at and out by 7 when it's light I wonder how much I'll get done image

Thanks Staceyimage.  I think i read in the GW magazine that gardeners tend to be active. I just cant sit around if i have spare time either!!!

You sound like me too Stacey, my OH tells me I'm always moaning I'm tired because I don't sit and relax, I'm up and down and don't sit still!!  I get my cleaning, washing and ironing done on a Saturday with the intention of doing nothing (except gardening) on a Sunday but still always find something to do image

I was going to have a bath but found water heater had turned itself off because we had a power cut this afternoon in the thunderstorm. OH had a bath just before it went off. Waiting for it to warm up.

    It has poured today.

Well Lizzie, if I'm honest, I would say I feel sorry you had rain, but seen as I'm jealous that you live in such a beautiful place I won't because I imagine it still looked beautiful image

I am sorry though that you have to wait for your bath, that would be my worse nightmare not being able to have a bath when I wanted.  I hope you don't have to wait too long image

Thanks Tracey. Your place looks nice too, fields at the end of the garden. I could hardly see my garden today! It wasn't always beautiful, it was an old farmyard full of brambles and stinging nettles and the rest was rough grass.

But from the pics it's beautiful now image the garden was one of the reasons I fell in love with this house almost 5 years ago, it's so peaceful.  At the back of the field behind the garden is actually a crematorium/graveyard so the neighbours are very quiet image
