Busy even just for one day, poorly Yvie, poorly baby which of a SIL (I'm saying nothing on that one but can empathise ), holidays (where??) and only 2 days until Lily is a lady of leisure
Carfest was fab, weather was a bit rubbish and torrential rain caused little man's 'room' in the tent to flood so very soggy bed and ended up sharing with big man for the night.........I don't think it helped that a mouse had diced to try and make a bed in the inner part of the tent (which we hadn't checked )!!! Apart from that we had fun, brilliant music, OH is now absolutely besotted with Sophie Ellis Bextor!!
Well, off for a quick mooch and then early night for me.....I'm definitely feeling too old for a weekend of partying!!

After sitting around all day, i went out to do a spot of weeding at abouf 4pm- ive just come in! Cleared lots more for veggies next year, made a rough outline of where the medowy/ wildlifey bit will go, hacked back lots more of the hedge, moved all the clutter off the deck, looks soooo much better, but im cream crackered! Think i will be keeping Yvie company with the pain killers!
Stray cat has just turned up for his dinner, gave him some hot dogs that had been in the cupboard forever, seems happy enough!
Woody! You will do yourself a mischeif! You will have ti have an extra drink at the pub to build your strength back up!

Ended up taking son to morrisons for tea one of his favourite places Also did the shopping so got a full day tomorrow . Thought about going to a dinosaur place where the entrance is through Tong Garden Centre (anyone know it?) but tripadvisor reviews weren't good so will go to Bolton Abbey instead not sure how much longer we can trust this weather for
