A productive day in the garden, although savaged by midges, although of the soft southern variety.

Cooked homemade burgers and tomato/pepper/onion relish.

All this talk of tarts and menages is not good for a mans blood pressure.

Thanks for the kind thoughts Dove, and for filling me in on some recent events.

Have a good evening everyone, I am off to get sweaty [ watching the Commonwealth games of course ]

Drink some water Rosemummy - most headaches are due to dehydration - or so OH tells me, and we've established elsewhere that he's smart!

It was a bit hectic earlier on, but while eating our toad in the hole out on the terrace I managed to persuade OH that some little solar lights would look nice on the grapevine trellis that shelters one side of the eating area - I've ordered a little set of warm white fuzzy lights, solar powered with really good reviews on Amazon, for less than a tenner!!!  image

Now I'm watching The Games with Pdoc image
