You'll be nowhere near Renishaw then BL (short distance from J30 of \m1), but lots of gardens to visit near Ripon if there's an opportunity!

Hello folks - I'm back image

Sorry to hear about the burglary BL imageimage

I've had a lovely day with son - went to an auction of Chinese porcelain, then to Aldeburgh beach for wonderful Italian gelato slurp slurp slurp.

In the afternoon I visited the Aged Ps who were both well, even if Ma was talking bunkum.  Pa is finding things to say that indicate that he knows she's talking bunkum without actually contradicting her! image

While supper's cooking I'll have a look around and see what you lot have been up to ....

Looks like the three of you are having a lovely time Panda image

Lily, one of the advantages of The Lovely Home is that in the summer a lovely sea breeze wafts across the common  image- of course, in the winter a howling gale and loads of sea spray does the same image

Glad they aren't too hot, and I'm sure the lovely home makes sure they are nice and cosy in winter too. So reassuring knowing they are well looked after Dove, you must be so pleased you found the lovely home and that they are able to be together. Love and hugs x

Hi folks,  sorry about your bad new Lizzie know exactly how your daughter feels we were burgled three days before Christmas a few years ago, not nice at all.  Panda it looks like you're having a really great time,  hope you get chance for a paddle.  Been very busy today went to the Dorothy Clive Gardens Ive posted piccies, take a look if you have time it was absolutely beautiful and the cake and scones were ab fab. Also went to GC and nearly got tempted by a beautiful outdoor dining set in a lovely shade of bluey green, if I was still at work it would be in the bag, however I wouldnt have much time to enjoy it would I, so Ill make do with my rickety old table and chairs.  When I came back I did a bit of hoeing and edged the lawns decided not to mow this week as its a bit too hot. Watered pots and relaxing now before bed.  We had a lovely breeze today so it made the heat more pleasant.  Off to have a look around ta ta for now.
