Some more tulip bulbs turned up today from GW mag offer. £5.60 cost, included was a £5 voucher. cant be bad. Planted in the front garden this afternoon between rain stopping and it getting dark. I've just got to wait for the muddy welly prints to dry before I vacuum them.
Leftover slow cooker brisket from last night for me soon.
Sounds good Bob. We've enjoyed the little crop of apples we've had. Glad some of you have had a productive day. Hope I can get outside tomorrow and continue with what I was doing yesterday. Still have sweet peas flowering by the back door - letting them go to seed as I've not done that before.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
SGL.... Knoll Gardens are in East dorset, not many miles from the end of the M27. Continue on A31 to Ferndown and you are almost there. They are specialist grass growers and have a garden displaying them.
Another time when I laughed out loud at one of your posts KEF, the pink pampus .
Well there was me still watching tv when it started to pour. I was sorry that I'd missedthe chance to get outside and sort out.
As soon as it stopped I went out and sorted some things into plastic greenhouse- then had a brainwave. I really don't want to loose the fuchsiasI've been trying to grow as standards.Everyone says it's going to be a cold winter. So new mini 4 shelf plastic greenhouse is now inside the larger walk in one. I'm putting the most important things inside it with the others that I won't be so upset to loose on the shelves in the larger one. I'll put fleece on them as well when it gets cold.
Well strictly in a minute so now to wrap up and enjoy the TV.

Have a great evening all
Did we? Yay, we beat the Aussies
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Evening guys
Trip to the shops for me for more bits for Guide Camp, dodging weather as I shopped!
Am now comfy on the sofa watching Strictly and listening to the fireworks going off around me
Verd, what did we beat the Aussies at? It was Ireland for the rugby I believe?
