Hello all. Feeling a bit tearful reading all your messages. End of an era is never easy is it?
I think of you all as friends and hope we can set up our own little group on GC one day.
Maybe we should pick a fairly boring subject , start a thread and just all comment on it and then turn it into the new Rezzers? I find Wakey Wakey a bit crowded so it’s a thought once we have all settled in. No rush.

Oh @waterbutts I missed your post. That is such a shame. I'm finding the layout on GC very puzzling, so much easier on here. I've just started a thread on there, that felt like it took me all day🤣🤣 I now need to lie down in a dark room or have a stiff drink..... possibly both. Give my love to Pansyface, hopefully you'll both change your minds and find us all on there. Pansyface has my email too Take care and all the very best to you too x

OK all. Now look here. We have all been through some really horrid, heartwrenching times and the humour, love and laughter on here has made it all bearable. You all know how much you meant to me when I lost my brother and now we will NOT let these people (I'm being polite here!) grind us down. Like a phoenix from the ashes we will all rise again - aren't I being poetic?
We have also experienced joyous times too - the first snowdrop of the year, the bursting of the buds on the shrubs and trees in Spring, the building of our fairy houses, our knitting and nattering on Rez. Our drooling over Poldark and tensions with Line of Duty.
We have formed a rather unique 'family' in that we feel as if we have known one another forever. An exclusive penpal club if you like. We all brought our different interests and skills to Rez and nothing, but nothing is going to change that. I will not be losing contact with you all. I've got the phone numbers of those who wanted me to have them and similar with the emails. Many have transferred to GC so we'll keep bumping into one another and I will let the ones who opt out have updates - if they want them! It will be like Alistair Cooke's Letters from America (now I'm giving my age away!) only it will be Ladybird's Letters from the Rose Garden.
As for the aforementioned hinted at. This is my farewell to you:
