I simply can not grow an Achillea, I have tried many times. Is it my chalky soil perhaps?
You're not alone, I crave those orange/tan coloured ones and the won't stay. Alkaline but not chalky here

Hi @Fairygirl, I have just signed up with GC but I have to wait to be accepted. At what point can I add my avatar and is it easy? tia
You can add an avatar straight away, just click the space where a photo will be on your profile.
Adding a signature is different, you need to have made a certain amount if posts. But I've read over there that admin have helped people out so they can do it before the number of posts is reached.

    Failure is always an option.
