Forum advice

I would just like to say thank to all of you who give such amazing and very quick advice and answers to so many diverse questions/problems/issues. This is such an incredible resource and the knowledge of so many is just outstanding.

    @Fire I have learnt so much from this forum having been directed to it by iSpot when I had put a photo of a plant that we didn't know. They told me that they weren't about "garden" plants (didn't know that the plant was one at the time) and suggested I tried this forum. Brilliant resource.

    Always loved the forum, but I sometimes wish that the vocal minority would stop their carping and telling the rest of us what we are doing wrong. The forum has survived and indeed thrived for many years, so I imagine that the people who have been here long term are doing something right.

    I agree with @bertrand-mabel s comments and appreciate the advice given by many on this forum.  Thanks from me also and I hope that sometimes I help others out. Most of the negativity I just ignore. 
    Based in Sussex, I garden to encourage as many birds to my garden as possible.
