    Advice here to control it.

    Quote..."Cut regularly – use a strimmer, brushcutter or mower for large areas. Cutting back new growth regularly will weaken and eventually kill both plants. This is likely to take more than one growing season, but is better for soil health as it limits disturbance."

    Yes … regular cutting will see it off. The mowing of a bank where it grew when I was a child means that it’s not bloomed there for years. 😢
