How to check amount of soil in Ltrs I received is correct
I bought some soil, at 2 ltr each. One is heavier than the other. I'm not sure it weighs enough. How do I check I got 2 ltrs? It was deposited in a clear bag, so no packaging. It's not like I can just weigh the soil, also I have no scales anyway. If all is well I'll buy more from the seller in the future.

If you have, you should get 2 jug's worth of compost out the bag
Weight has nothing to do with volume - litres in this case

But I'm worried the seller is going to be annoyed with me because I already said I had a plant missing in my order. It is also the third attempt to deliver as RM next day tracked delivery failed to turn up at all (2-3 weeks for next day tracked and tracking is useless), the second attempt just arrived but a week late (7-8 days) and all tropical plants look awful.
Then when I said I really needed to get this sorted and I spent months talking to her about the order - she said I may as well buy elsewhere! Because I put the pressure on, she was wanting to wash her hands of it, but I was just frustrated and even more so to just tell me to go elsewhere. So she didn't care to keep my custom and I was so stressed with anxiety at the thought of loosing the plants, and the time I spent messaging her would be for nothing, and the plants I wanted were all from her, if I got them all from different places elsewhere it would cost a fortune when they were all available through her! Her lack of wanting to help at this point was so stressful, but we eventually managed to sort an order, although half of what I wanted was then available due to the delays!
Point is, I'm short on substrate, missing a plant, and worried she won't do another order and I won't get any plants, due to current communication issues with her. The ones I got are practically dead and don't look healthy. I have a cabinet of plants, they are for display, they are not for half dead awful looking plants. That's not the point of buying plants for a tropical display cabinet.
I have anxiety about not getting what I was expecting months ago. I will feel better when my order is complete, sent, and arrived healthy.
One plant she sent doesn't look nice, as it's really leggy micans, and got half a leaf with a hole in it. It's just not what I expect.
It's all disappointing because I have wanted these plants for months and not seen any of them before, you can't just pick these plants up in a shop so when you buy online you just hope they send healthy plants, that are not leggy.
I bought from another seller before this, and they were in awful condition. I spent £116 on that order and they were just unhealthy, most had thrips, and many plants died...
I bought again from this seller for £38, thinking it was bad luck and had to spend £40 on biological controls as thrips were awful and plants were awful condition again. So I decided not to go with this seller again.
I just don't seem to have much luck so far.
I have only ever bought from these two sellers but spent a lot of money for unhealthy plants, which is not the point of having plants to make you feel good. I feel sad for the plants too when they are sent so poorly.
Sorry I have to rant because I'm worried about this current situation, I've invested months to get these plants. Its fun looking online for plants to get from proper plant shops, but not fun when they turn up with thrips and some looking awful, and 3 weeks later everything is really unhealthy with thrips and you have an infestation on your hands costing another £40 to try to resolve.
