Anyone know what’s wrong with my Rosemary plant?

Hi there
I’ve grown this Rosemary plant from seed. It’s taken most of the season to reach this small size. It now has yellowish spots over all its leaves. I thought it may have been from being left outside and spending some time in the wet because of the rain we had. I’ve brought it indoors and not watered it for over a week to see if it would recover. Not sure what to do now so any advice will be gratefully appreciated
