No, they are created from a normal photo with a digital filter. This is what it looked like beforehand and with minor processing.

It's very beautiful. I would like to play!

I looked at their website and thought they were an AI studio

  • Now that looks like something I would use to alter some of my photos of castles - sort of a few thousand!!
Oh, my wife will be highly chuffed.  NOT!! 😁😁😁
  • That's a really interesting software. To be honest, for me the effect you've posted is a bit strong, especially for the scene which I see as something softer. But it's all down to personal choice and goes to show what processing can do.

I'll slink off to my 2016 version of Photoshop Elements, my old faithful.

Alan's Topaz might be a different outfit. I love the images - very up my street.

I have never paid for graphic software, but I used to use Pixlr, a kind of free, web-based Photoshop-lite. It was brilliant and there was no need to download any software and no need to register. Now it has a limit of three altered images a day, which is a shame. I guess it's all very simple now that there are so many funky packages out there, but it's been good for basic clean up.

    I absolutely love this!

When I was on Flickr one of my photographer friends used Topaz quite a bit, and generated some really fascinating pieces.
