  • @wendymushens09352I wondered if it is Sarcacocca but there are more knowledgeable gardeners here than me. It was last years berry that I thought might be the clue. Welcome
    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    It reminded me of sarcococca too, but I'm not sure.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    It looks like Lonicera pileata or Lonicera nitida to me

  • @LG_ I think it could depend on leaf size and I think you could be right. Something not right with Sarcococca

  • My lonicera nitida looks like that, my leaves are tiny little things.

    I'd agree with Lonicera nitida/pileata. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
