Help needed Peperomia Hope!

I have only recently managed to get a Peperomia Hope. Shortly after repotting into a mixed well draining soil, I noticed the leaves had strange marks on them. Has anyone seen the below happen to their plants before and can advise please? Thank you so much for help in advance.

It is possible, but I had had it about two weeks… would have thought it would have shown before then if happened before purchase but who knows!
