That's great that you've got a photo - I'd agree with @AnniD that it looks like a bamboo. They're an absolute pain to get rid of. Is it coming from a neighbouring garden @bradleyheathhayskqy71oZz? I think you're going to have to use a weedkiller - and you'll need to have a look at what's available if you're not over here in the UK. The problem is, that if it's from a garden nearby, it'll keep appearing, so it'll be a relentless struggle, unless you can find the source and maybe discuss it with them. Very difficult though. Many of these bamboos 'run', and they do it underground, so the only sure way of keeping them at bay is a physical barrier which has enough depth to stop them. That could be a big job for you, depending on the source.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
@bradleyheathhayskqy71oZz As I have mentioned recently had our house surveyed. It was pointed out that there was bamboo in the garden. Type in' Bamboo' top of page there are various threads with some information.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
@ZoeP2 I think that is why house surveyors are checking for it. The running bamboos can get out of hand and if we have wetter winters the problem will only get worse. I think it could get to a point in the future where it is illegal to let it escape from a garden. It certainly causes expense to those living nearby who have to contain it.

Looks like bamboo. You may need to dig up and relay your paving.
