Wow @Eustace you are getting cherries already? Amazing. All we see is discarded seeds as the blackbirds take them when they are all still green.

A better harvest so far for the peas for us. Usually they just die! Still loads more to develop.
  • Stead supply of strawberries. First two tomatoes today - Romello which were started on 19/02. 2 x Romello and 2 x Red Alert plants started that day have lots of green tomatoes

@Voyagerxp is that guttering your strawberries are in?

I have loads of big green healthy looking leaves on my tomatoes but absolutely NO flowers :( I started them off in my kitchen in March and planted them out at the end of May....no idea why I have nothing to show lol

Have you been feeding them? If they have no fruit they shouldn't be fed, that makes leaves not flowers.

We have just had some Swiss chard (Fordhook Giant) - they are growing fabulously well, this evening's meal was the third picking and tasted wonderful. A common breakfast for me is steamed Swiss chard on toast with a poached egg on top - Yum yum!
Also this week we have lifted some new potatoes that were self sown (missed) from last years crop (variety = Swift) - Delicious. John H

Hopefully the heat will stress them , which will make them produce flowers. 🤞
