So got my first copy today BUT cant get premium

So i got my first copy today and tried to get premium unlocked but it doesnt recognise the subscriber number even though its the one on the magazine and the one on the email i recieved, i have been in touch numerous times with BuySubscriptions and keep getting fobbed off to anywhere but them, has anybody has this issue at all? if so how do i gain access!?

    Hi, I have the exact problem as the first post. I have tried multiple times to unlock premium, using the 10 digit subscriber number on the paper envelope of my subscriber edition magazine. I have contacted buysubscriptions on multiple occasions but keep getting sent to different places but no real help from anywhere. Can anyone please guide me in the right direction.

    I have the same problem too and same response from buysubscriptions who haven't been able to solve it yet. Seems like a wider issue and I hope it is resolved soon.

    I have been trying to unlock Premium since 8th April without success.  e-mails to buysubscriptions result in a "thanks for your e-mail" message.  The phone number given for them doesn't even ring out before it cuts off.  Help!

    so a weeks gone by and my subscriber number is still not recognised unfortunately

    Ive been running back and forward on this and after multiple emails back and forth i recieved one this morning telling me that the issue is fixed and i should be able to access it now, and guess what, WRONG again, im starting to regret joining now and i hat that as i am enjoying reading all the stuff and doing all the bits n bobs in the book! Can any moderators or higher ups sort this issue please, i just want access to the premium side of things too lol and im pulling my hair out, i'm almost 40 ffs and not got much hair left hahaha

    Hello
    I'm having the exact same problem. After many emails and phone calls, who all promise a resolution - still no access to Premium.

    The last phone call I made, he advised the problem was solved and I would receive a code that would give me access, I told him that this was the last straw and if it wasn't resolved, I would cancel my subscription - low and behold
    STILL NO ACCESS - aaaaargh. I have cancelled!

    It’s not really worth getting upset about. 

    I found the premium content a bit rubbish. 

    You get much better advice and inspiration in here.

    This is all VERY useful information.   I was considering a subscription but not if there's all this clonk comes with it.
    When there's always biscuits in the tin, where's the fun in biscuits ?
