Some wildflowers I picked on this dull grey afternoon on my jaunts with the dog. They won't last long especially the poppies, but they brighten up the room!!
My plantings aren't dense enough to cut much from the yard, so I tend to only snip once they've started to go over a bit. Roses, dahlias, phlox, gladiolus, delphinium.
Lots of little vases rather than a single-vase arrangement due to stem length, but the uncustomary hot sun is frazzling some of the roses, so I have been bringing them inside over the last day or so. The living room smelt delicious when I got up this morning. (Dee-Lish, Amazing Day, Chandos Beauty, climbing Arthur Bell, Alnwick Rose, Evelyn, Gertrude Jekyll, Munstead Wood.)

@pitter-patter That's a gorgeous arrangement.
