Curry plant(Helichrysum italicum), Buddleia, Pittosporum, winter flowering honeysuckle (Lonicera fragrantissima), Lilac (Syringa vulgaris).

Without repeating any of the other excellent suggestions, I would add another- nicotiana for a lovely evening-only scent.

Choisya ‘White Dazzler’ and ‘Scented Gem’ — both in flower in my garden right now with a honey-like scent
Star jasmine — intoxicating on a summer evening
Sarcococca — for winter fragrance
Roses — some don’t smell rose-y but can smell like lemon, myrrh, etc.
Daffodils and hyacinths…
