Lavender, rosemary dianthus, some dark petunias have a strong clove scent but you'd have to buy them in flower to check , jasmine off.,
In London. Keen but lazy.

You can’t go wrong with a Daphne. I bought Eternal Fragrance earlier this year, flowering from April to October apparently. Currently the scent is heavenly.
