I have four weeks till I use moss  killer usiing the moss killer pictured

Can you not just rake the moss out for now if you are  unsure about the effects of either moss or weedkiller ?
Seek the advice of the manufacturer if you feel they are trustworthy ?
Hopefully, someone may be able to offer some definitive advice based on experience of the product :)

Unless you apply it well away from the areas the daffs are in, the weedkiller part will work on the daffs too.

You'll also have to wait several weeks after applying before re seeding, as the seed     would be affected by it too.

Yes, it will kill anything green unless it's formulated for use on grass in which case it will kill moss and anything with broader leaves than grass aktho if you get the dosage wrong it will turn everything black.

If you have lots of daffs it would be better to address the drainage by aerating the area as poor drianage encourages moss and remove the weeds by hand or just accept a few weeds.

Daffodils will not be bothered by moss or moist soil as long as it isn't complete bog. The leaves of the daffs will cause some of the grass to yellow when they are dying back, but you have to allow this to feed next year's flowers. Try just to relax and enjoy the flowers growing as nature intended :)
  • So I have 3/4 of an acre I’m very blessed - and by a Brook which makes the whole area get water logged a lot.

I have no choice this year not to put some moss killer down this year and scarification and re seed . I could leave to autumn but then the new wont have time to establish. I may just have to try to do patches but the daffs are pretty much everywhere.
  • Thank you all

How come you have to get rid of the moss? It's a valuable plant - and an excellent toxin absorber/air purifier, much more so than trees! I found that out the other day.

And it's green so looks good.  No point battling to grow grass where it's going to struggle so think about going with the flow, literally maybe.
