Viola Sorbet XP in pot not looking happy or flowering well

Anything I can do? In full sun. Soil is moist from rain. Bought from garden centre last Autumn. I pinched out all the dead flowers last week but no improvement. Would it typically flower for a few more months?

Mine usually really get going with lots of flowers in April and May.
