    I'm glad you managed to find a home for the tree, but I'd be interested to know which company this is. Given the extremely poor service you've had, I'd like to be sure that I avoid them like the plague.

    This was the company I used  and received dreadful customer service from

    I've bought from them quite a few years ago, and an order last year.
    I had no problems with what they sent so had no cause to test their customer service

    Thank you. I haven't bought from them but I think I would have assumed they were reasonably reputable.

    That's interesting @paan - they're a really well known company, and have been around a long time, so that's very disappointing. Perhaps things have gone downhill in recent years.
    Glad you got it resolved - a bit. I take it you didn't get your money back though?
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
