Why don't you contact David Austin roses directly and ask them. They'll want to know who supplied it as Tess of the Durbevilles is a luscious deep red and has darker leaves as I recall from the one I had in my last garden.

@Marlorena might be able to point you in the right direction. I'm pretty sure it isn't Graham Thomas as that's more of a rich yellow, although it can be difficult to tell from a photo.
What colour are the buds? Are they yellow or do they have a reddish flush? I can't see many thorns. I was wondering if it could be Roald Dahl, but maybe yours isn't apricot enough.
