Those who have been here since it was the old BBC site may remember it going to Solicitor's letters on one occasion. I think that was about not feeding hedgehogs to children.
It will no doubt be considered and a decision made - exactly the same as some of your derogatory posts. Much of the behaviour you have complained about you have been guilty of yourself. You obviously find the forum useful/informative otherwise you wouldn't continue to use it would you ? It would certainly be better for everyone if you gave up with the Mumsnet. Old Ladies Tea party, etc. comments. Use the forum to get advice just as you would any other source of info and offer your own expertise/advice where appropriate. You will find it works quite well if you keep that in mind.
Thank you @Dovefromabove for posing this question, I read it earlier and have been reading everyone’s comments and wondering how to put into words what I get out of it.
Like other people have mentioned, I must be considered a lurker as I read most threads but don’t feel I have the expertise to comment very often but I have gained so much knowledge from all the answers so want to say a big thank you to regular contributors. I also love the ‘chats’ about people’s daily lives on the various threads, a wonderful insight into the ‘nicer’ side of life 😁
Who knows, perhaps after a few more years of gardening experience I might also be able to offer snippets of advice 👍
