Things to do in the evening when there's nothing on tv and I'm bored rigid. Rip cardboard up ready for the compost bin. Sort my scarves out and decide which to dispose of. Manicure my nails, toes and fingers.
It's only 9.23pm and not time for bed yet and drumming my fingers.

Judging by the rain hammering on the window, today I will be sorting out seeds, watching internet porn ( plant ) and possibly de fluffing my navel.

I'm currently listening and half watching Scott Mills on iPlayer with his Children in Need challenge. Well done that man.
I'm also hoping to donate to the wonderful Kevin Sinfield's newest bonkers marathon challenge for MND. I don't care for the honours system, but if ever someone deserved every gong going, it's him. An unlikely hero - his quiet determination and attitude is very humbling. Please help both if you can  :)
Other than that, I'm hoping the rain won't be too heavy for getting a walk without all the waterproofs. Yesterday was fabulous - a proper autumn morning of fog and frost and then sun for a few hours. Makes the miserable days easier to deal with  :)

Be careful  @punkdoc. Your navel is extremely biodiverse. You never know what you might unearth😳
    In London. Keen but lazy.

@punkdoc's navel full of fluff made me laugh.

I record quite a bit on TV, even daytime programmes, like Escape to the Country, so there is usually something to watch. OH escapes by sleeping on the sofa in the evening. Between 7.30pm and 8.30 or 9pm we have dinner and chat.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I have unearthed an old oak television table that has been in one of our sheds for more than fifteen years that the mice have peed on. I'm going to try and renovate it over the next few rainy days.
