Acer Campestre - they're are loads around here of all sizes and fair to say the leaf colour at this time of year is a good match. I admire them every day when out with the hound. I'll grab a few leaves when I'm out in a mo and see how close the match is.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
The leaf shape isn't very clear on the O.P's photos but a possibility could be a young, or coppiced acer ginnala? I have a.g.'Flame' but it usually colours and drops it's leaves early. It's later this year due to the unusual summer.
Pics turned. Without doubt it is an Acer. Compare to the hand in pic 1 leaves seem too big to be Acer campestre I have only ever seen them turn butter yellow in the autumn.
If exact name is needed, I think we need see a clear pic to show a single leaf./with plain background/ with scale to be sure.

Purely a guess - but it may be a sycamore - the 'helicopter' seeds are easily identifiable.
If it's some sort of acer, then it could be one of hundreds.
A pic of an entire leaf and the bark on the trunk may help our tree experts offer better advice.
