Lovely summer pic @Marlorena need to pause my rose spending.. as I am expecting a house move again.. once we finalise on kids school...

Vanessa bell looks nice.. I should aim for more bush shots this year.. well it would depend on its habit as well I guess..

liked the inherited rose better than celebration rose @purplerallim may be its the pale yellow colour..

    Gorgeous.

@Pitter-patter ... sorry, you asked about rosa John Paul II. I got mine from Welling Roses (they have a Facebook page but I got it from ebay), which seems to import them from Poland. It was nice quality and is growing well so far, touch wood.

Beautiful yellows. Vanessa Bell there looks so pure, @Athelas

You never would have given it a second look before @cooldoc as it flowered very little in its first spot. It was in full sun, then when moved its under that wall in a north facing spot, with morning sun till about 10am, but it loves it!

Lovely yellow roses starting with @Marlorena's Tottering by Gently followed by @cooldoc's selection 😍. @purplerallim, your second photo looks more like my Golden Showers with flower colours ranging from bright yellow to pale cream. Swooning at @Athelas' Vanessa Bell 👌. Mine is still young in its second year this season. @pitter-patter, your photos are always perfect.
I'm sure there are so many gems in your photo collection, rest of my forum friends 😃

It is definitely not a golden showers, as that is a climber @Eustace 😄 and mine is a bush variety. I must admit my yellow ones are a bit of a mystery, as Celebration was on the lable when I bought it, but then I was a complete rose novice and didn't take much notice or keep said lable.🤦‍♀️ Later I have noticed it isn't like other people's Golden Celebration,  so now I'm unsure what it actually is.🤷‍♀️
As for my inherited one I was told it was Arthur Bell,  but doesn't look like it now it has plenty of growth.
