TW is Trevor White - a good vendor. If you want it to grow through trees, your choice will be restricted to very large ramblers. I'm not sure which large ramblers will repeat and would be ok for part shade. I don't think Ghislaine would be big enough for a tree. the fence may be ok. Rose sellers let you choose filters - have a look for large repeaters.
That is exactly the environment I've just planted a wedding day rose ... An old Apple tree learning at a quirky angle against a fence... Want to blur the boundary with a cascade of scented flowers.
Large rambler + good fragrance + shade tolerant + some repeat is a big ask, but Albéric Barbier is the closest I can think of, but only light fragrance. I had it briefly, it did repeat for me, but it didn’t like my hot climate. Mme. AC can get really big but not sure of it’s tree-climbing abilities. Maybe compromise on the fragrance or the repeat and plant a repeat flowering fragrant one nearby?
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
If it's going up through some trees, perhaps scent is less important than repeat? I sympathise about wanting to block out the sight of neighbouring eyesores. *gives next-door's extension the stink eye*
When it gets high enough, much of it likely won't be so much in the shade (depending on what is on the other side of the fence) anyway, so I'd personally just plant whichever I liked the look of. I planted a standard that gets 12+ hrs sun rather than the 5-6 I'd envisaged because I failed to consider it just about peeps over the fence.
One thing I did read recently on another rose group (just to bear in mind)- someone lost a tree that snapped and sickened under the weight of one of the very large rambling roses. From memory, it might have been Paul's Himalayan Musk. But that was decades old.

Oh yeah. Duh!

I have Paul's Himalayan musk; it did well last year. But, it was a very short flowering period this year due to the vagaries of the weather. And it is an once-flowering rambler too.
Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth
I obviously have to recommend my favourite 'Paul Noel'. It should tolerate some shade, according to TW (and I would expect it from a wichurana rambler). It repeats well for me (not in flushes, more like "scattered blooms" but there are almost always some blooms). Also very fragrant a beautiful.
Yes thank you @Fire if you read my previous post you will see I pointed that out.... It's up to the the poster to decide what's the priority for them. I would personally go for scent every time! 😀
