Can i get a pond in this space...

What (if any) options do we have to get a fish pond on this raised space? It's about 3' wide and 18' long. The pond would have to be built up not dug down. We would want a waterfall or some features to create some noise and also to aerate the water. The area is not overlooked by trees and also is not in full sunlight so…
