It took months for my 2 refunds, one a part order, but was immediate after I sent an email titled 'commencing Paypal dispute' . Might be coincidence but may be worth a try.
I also experienced issues with cancelled orders and lack of communication...but as I bought a Goodwill Pass (on special offer half price) last year I thought I would give them another go as the plants are so cheap. The Pass still works (but not the postage discount on the standard site) so I got my £1.99 plants at half price. The order was slow in arriving but it came with only one plant refunded as unavailable...a whole tray in excellent condition. I have placed another order since and hope that this continues as they are selling potted perennials which would cost several times more elsewhere.
