Please think carefully before ordering plants from this company. There are many unhappy customers this year. Like many others I placed pre-orders in November and February for delivery in May this year. All these orders appear to have been cancelled. Like many others my orders were cancelled and I am still waiting for a refund. I have sent three emails and a message via their website. They have taken chat off their website and have no phone number!

Their customer service is very bad.

Yes unfortunately that has been the case recently. There is a separate thread full of similar complaints: https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/1062065/secret-garden-club/p1

I have to say that my refund came through within two days so, disappointed that I’m not getting my 20 plants but quite happy with the result

I have asked for a refund and my goodwill pass refunding too. Nothing so far.

I have had 2 orders from them, both for Lithodora, my first order arrived but a few weeks late.
ordered again and absolutely no communication and no order, eventually got my refund and ordered the star lithodora from ebay.
Just seen how to do cutting so the first order has  grown so taken cuttings from them so hopefully they grow

Has anyone ordered from them recently? Have they got their act together yet?

I never got my money back, so no, I won’t be ordering.
  • No they are still awful. Their parent company "Yorkshire Lavender" went into voluntary liquidation last month.

Ah....won't be getting anything from them then! I had hoped things were better since they've revamped their website.....

If the parent company is in liquidation, can a subsidiary still trade ?
