  The red lumps are blisters caused by a gall mite.  They are harmless.

  No idea what that is I’m afraid .The red lumps shouldn’t harm it anyway

  looks like acer campestre. Field maple. 
  IF it is, it gets to be a huge tree

  Did you buy the plant, looks like a tree, in a garden centre? It looks like a field maple tree. If it is then it will be far to big to keep in a pot.

  I don't know where it came from...My husband used to buy plants from the sin-bin. The leaves are not leathery or furry, quite thin actually, it is a maple like shape though.
  It has been in this pot for the last 5 years at least and quite happy too.
