    Looks like an ash tree sapling to me … Fraxinus excelsior … UK native. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Definitely not - because it's Ash  ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    No, not if you want it and have room...but you will need a lot of room! Certainly not a tree to have close to buildings.
    It'll grow fairly fast..8m in 8 to 10 years perhaps?
